She Picked The Other One

Well the $58K house is off the market this morning, so I’ll assume the lady who looked at them both on Friday picked the other one.

Oh well. We’re busy moving Jeff in to my house and cleaning up his house and throwing out more of our stuff so we aren’t too bothered by not selling it.

The price is now officially $54,900 now though. It took an extra couple of days because I apparently faxed back the signed paper upside down so they just got a blank page 😉 Must have been some universal cosmic reason for that.
