This is taken on the ice cakes behind the old feed shed at Frieze & Roy’s (been there, done that, as a child, although we weren’t allowed) The Foresters’ Hall is in the right background, the old school is in the upper back centre, and the Cresthaven building, had it been moved at the time, would have been at the upper left.
The old feed shed was a sail loft in the days when Frieze & Roy built ships, and was moved, due to my father’s firm refusal to have it torn down. It is now the back of the Frieze & Roy building at 8787 Highway 215.
