Before heading to Whitehorse for my last chemo dose, Jeff took me for a drive up to the top of the dome to see some winter.
I have barely been outside this winter, so I haven’t seen much of the winter beauty. I took a few pictures to share with you!
It is a beautiful time of winter here. The sun is bright and warm. Daylight is starting by 8am and it is still isn’t quite totally dark by 7pm. The sunshine is starting to melt the snow in the trees on the hills. Soon the snow will start sliding off the warm tin roofs and by mid-March the streets will be plowed for spring.
