It’s been almost a year since I was strong enough to drive my quad/ATV. Today I hopped back on!

A couple of our friends joined us. It was pretty chilly to drive out on the goldfield roads so we decided to head up the hill behind town instead.

We rode some trails that were part snow, some ice, and the rest was mud. We went up to the fire tower, and over to the dome lookout, with lots of stops and relaxation before ending up back in town at a pub for an early supper.

I feel pretty good after our ride too. A little stiff and sore, but not bad!
