A lazy, down day in Port Hardy

We had grandiose plans of heading out on a camping adventure this morning with Colette but she got busy with her plumber at her building site and we were content just chilling out.

I made pancakes with our batter left over from yesterday, saving the best of the batch for Colette when she returned from another round of house decisions.

Kayleigh came by in the afternoon, and little Arby got a bath and a haircut!

Little dude smells so pretty now!

Colette and I ran a few errands. I learned how to sort your bottling and recycling returns in Port Hardy. Maybe this will inspire me to do this myself in Dawson, rather than just tossing my bag outside the recycling centre and zipping off. Nah, I doubt it. It was kinda icky.

Then, I found an inspiration in a road sign downtown and bought myself a souvenir!

It’s Ms Sasquatch!

Then we brought McFlurries back to the house for everyone. That’s right, there is a McDonald’s here!

Tonight, Colette made us a delicious supper with tuna steak! I’ve never had that before! And sushi rice and a stir fry.

And I made Jeff sit still for this photo in case I had nothing else for today’s wrap-up. Thanks handsome!

Tonight, Jeff walked Hank and I walked Colette’s dogs around the neighbourhood.

Tomorrow, back to camping! Possibly, likely, away from a signal so I’ll update when I can!

Good night!
