I was a grumpy wife this morning when Jeff poked fun at my hair. I just want to wash it! Why are we avoiding using this teenie tiny onboard shower!?

But by this afternoon I was cured. We are in Whitehorse and my hair has been washed. I’m no longer grumpy! Not even hangry. The city has a cure for everything!

I had my annual gynecologist post-cancer appointment this afternoon and my check-up was good! All is well. Yay!

Then I went to hang out with my friend Janet who is also in town! She’s pup sitting for a relative! Look at this cutie!

He was very apprehensive at first, but I did my best to win him over! He was more interested in chewing on my Ms. Sasquatch keychain than chewing on me, so that was good!

After catching up on the last few weeks we went out to dinner and chatted for several more hours! Yay! Girl time!

She drove me back to the campground and I showed her around our ‘hood for tonight.

Tomorrow- more appointments! When in Rome? We’ve got eye doctor and dentist up next. Maybe more shopping. Then picking up my next travel companion for August when they fly in on Friday.

More on my next travel plans soon. But I’m not even home yet and I leave on Tuesday for my next adventure!!
