We’re stuck in almost a week long cloud of smog and extreme humidity. I hate days like this. These are the days when I can taste the steel mill. The smoke stack exhaust falls right on my street. It’s in my house. I can feel the grit on everything. During these hot humid days I really really wish I had central air conditioning – not so much to kill the heat, but to improve my air quality!

I hope we get a big thunderstorm this afternoon. That’ll be fun. Otherwise, what is one to do during this heat? I guess I’ll get a jump start on programming my huge new site. Oh baby, this site is going to be the one I retire on.
