Imagine stepping outside and noticing the northern lights in the sky…..

And then remembering it is also a great night for watching the Geminid meteor shower!

Imagine loading up your camera gear, getting your winter gear on, driving up to the top of the Dome and setting up your tripod for an hour to capture the skies.

And then imagine coming home and looking at your photos and realizing that every single one is slightly out of focus because you didn’t get the manual fine focus just right.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Maybe if I share them in a smaller size you won’t realize how terrible they are.

I saw a couple meteors shooting in the west, but didn’t manage to capture any in my photos.

Now I have to do a do-over!!
