We completely struck out for animal watching on the drive today. Unless you count red squirrels. We saw some birds though!

The clouds were low and we got a few moments of drizzle but then the sun came out and it became a lovely day for a drive!

The yellow leaves have fallen off this week in Dawson but not yet, further south.

Gasoline is going to be pricey on this trip. Up to $2.20 a litre up here!

We are sleeping in Whitehorse tonight. Tomorrow morning I’m getting new tires on the truck before we head out of the city.

It’s been super convenient having the Starlink so far! Even phone calls happened today! Ok. And some Pokemon catching.
